To begin, I redesigned the Wix website which consisted of faulty buttons and links and outdated images and information. Not only did I update these, but I completely changed the face of the site, added more landing pages, provided alternative text, and optimized it for SEO. Along with the site, I designed new business cards and the invoice template to reflect this refreshed look.
Next, I created Google and Yelp business pages, filling out all of the necessary details, adding images, and configuring SEO and advertisements. I also emailed a list of clients, encouraging them to leave a review and reigning in 18 4 and 5-star reviews across the two platforms. Within those seven months, the Yelp page yielded 10.8k impressions. During this time, I worked with an artist to design a logo for the new podcast idea we created.
Finally, I generated over 70 qualified leads by attending two trade shows, visiting businesses, and advertising via social platform groups. The key to professional selling is product knowledge. In the contracting industry, this means understanding the market, consumers’ needs, and without a doubt, your products and services inside out. I can tell you all about the benefits of quartz over granite or LVP over hardwoods just enough to turn you a qualified lead.
