AMA at UGA

Back in April, I was elected as the Director of Client Services for AMA at UGA – American Marketing Association at the University of Georgia. I spent the summer pitching our Client Teams Program to prospective companies and secured all seven as clients for our fall program. As the semester began, we had 114 applications from our AMA members, our highest number yet, and I allocated 42 of those to the best-fitting teams based on their current skills and desired growth areas.

Over the last few months, I oversaw these projects as our members served as marketing interns for their clients and planned a final competition that took place last night. I want to congratulate the winning team, QUADS Designs – QUADSis®, owned by UGA grad Janet Ward!

And a final thank you to our other clients for giving our members these opportunities to grow their marketing skills over the semester! Dale Cardwell at TrustDALE, Cynthia Guzman at Cresa Atlanta, Lee Oesterling at Fresh Pickle Designs, Brittney Butler at esp, inc., Charles Palma Jr at CJ101 Tutoring, and Chrissy Utt at First Presbyterian Church in Peachtree City.
